Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation of Texas is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our growing team in Plano, Texas. Responsibilities- Process residential mortgage loan files from application through closing
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Calculate and analyze borrower income, assets, and credit
- Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and closing teams
- Submit complete and accurate loan packages to underwriting
- Monitor loan conditions and ensure timely condition clearance
- Maintain pipeline deadlines while delivering exceptional customer service
- Identify and resolve potential issues early in the process
- Ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines
- 5 years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Conventional / Conforming loans
- FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
- Non-QM loan products
- Jumbo loan processing
- Strong understanding of:
- Income calculation and analysis
- Self-employed borrower review
- Asset documentation
- Credit analysis
- AUS findings (DU/LP)
- Ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and closing teams
- Proficiency with LOS systems such as Encompass
- Experience in correspondent and/or retail lending environments
- Knowledge of down payment assistance programs
- Ability to proactively structure files for successful underwriting outcomes
- Experience managing high-volume pipelines and tight closing deadlines
- Texas mortgage experience, including familiarity with Texas Section 50(a)(6) guidelines, preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-through
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus
