Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Neighborhood Appointment Setter to help homeowners schedule free exterior inspections throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
This is an active, field-based position where you'll spend your day talking with homeowners, representing an award-winning local company, and setting appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being rewarded for your effort, this could be a great fit.
Pay
Annual Compensation
- Expected first year earnings: $50,000-$60,000.
Your compensation includes:
- Weekly commission opportunities
- Revenue bonuses
- Hourly base pay
- Paid training
Weekly Commission
- $250 for every inspection that becomes a demonstrated replacement appointment
- $100 for every inspection that becomes a demonstrated repair appointment
Revenue Bonus
- Up to 3% of revenue on appointments that become completed sales
Base Pay
- $12/hour (paid weekly)
Training Pay
- $22/hour during training
Responsibilities:
Meet homeowners by going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods Schedule free exterior inspection appointments Explain our free inspection process and answer homeowner questions Handle objections professionally and respectfully Learn and confidently present our company script Accurately record appointments and customer information using a company tablet Represent Integrity Home Exteriors with professionalism and enthusiasm Work with the sales team to help ensure a great customer experience

Schedule
Training (First Two Weeks)
- Week 1: Tuesday-Friday, 9:45 AM-3:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday-Friday, 9:45 AM-3:00 PM
Regular Schedule
- Standard: 9:45 AM-6:30 PM
- Winter: 9:15 AM-6:00 PM
Requirements
Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Strong communication skills Ability to handle rejection and remain positive Ability to memorize and confidently present a sales script Ability to climb ladders High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
