Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home healthcare team. Duties
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring vital signs and managing acute pain for patients in various settings including critical care and emergency medicine.
- Utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for medical documentation.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educating patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.
- Maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and NCQA standards while ensuring infection control measures are followed.
- Engaging in case management activities for patients with complex needs.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license with relevant home health care experience for a minimum of 2 years with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring memory care.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems for patient documentation and data management.
- Knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10) and CPT coding is a plus.

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,750.00 per week
