What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Residential Cleaning Specialist position at Integrity Home and Pet Care LLC?
Integrity Cleaning Specialists is looking to add a member to the team to help with current cleaning loads. This is an established, growing business. Candidates must have a good attitude, a willingness to learn and work, reliable transportation, a clean background, and be a team player. MUST be willing to travel to and from jobs. Jobs range in location from Hampstead, Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, Castle Hayne, and North/South Wilmington .
- Undergo training and sign the company onboarding documents.
- Must arrive on time, properly dressed, and have a professional appearance.
- Must uphold a high quality performance and ensure all cleans are performed to standard.
- Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions and privacy issues
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and tidying all rooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and general home upkeep.
- Report cases of property damage to manager
- Be capable of working in a team, and be a team player
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
- Maintain a positive relationship with employees and guests
- Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass
- Collect and remove trash and debris
- Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, and folding.
- Clean upholstered furniture
- Perform detailed deep cleans when required
