Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions
- Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM
- Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation
- Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress
- Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project
- Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred)
- Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments
- Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes
