Restorative Nurse/Nurse Manager
Integrity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Restorative Nurse/Nurse Manager for our skilled nursing facility located in Marion, Illinois. We offer great benefits and a great team work environment. Must be dependable, highly motivated and personable to work with residents and families.
Restorative Nurse-The primary purpose of the restorative nurse is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the restorative nursing program and its procedures in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern such programs to maximize our resident’s existing abilities, emphasize independence instead of dependence, and minimize the negative effects of aging and disability. But this position is so much more!
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be a RN preferably and have at least 2 years previous experience in a long term care environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of the Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement System is preferred.
- General knowledge of MDS completion and Restorative programming needed.
- Must be able to work with other healthcare professionals
- Proficient in the use of computer
- PCC EHR experience a plus.
