Activity Director / Activities Director (AD)
Integrity Healthcare of Herrin is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Activity Director at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Herrin, Illinois implement a therapeutic Activity plan according to resident need, as prescribed by the physician. This position will report directly to the Administrator.
The ideal candidate:
- Will preferably have experience working in healthcare as a certified AD with an elderly, skilled population and working knowledge of IDPH and Medicaid regulations, however not required if quick learning capabilities exist.
- Should have a desire to make improve the quality of life for the aged population we serve.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
- High School Diploma required
- State Certified Activity Director 36 hour course is required within 180 days of hire for those who do not currently have it completed or have a current CTRS, OTR/L, LSW, or LSCW.
Pay is commensurate upon experience and education.
