Job Summary

Southlawn Cemetery is seeking an experienced Family Service Manager to lead and grow our family service team in Aiken, SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Family Service team
• Recruit, train, and mentor Family Service Counselors
• Ensure exceptional service is provided to every family
• Drive sales performance while maintaining the highest ethical standards
• Monitor production goals and team performance
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and field training
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and state regulations
• Work closely with cemetery management to achieve business objectives
• Build lasting relationships within the community
• Lead by example through integrity, professionalism, and compassionate service

Qualifications

• Cemetery industry experience required
• Previous cemetery sales success with a proven track record
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to motivate and develop others
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• Cemetery Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Sales Management: Preferred
• Funeral or Cemetery Industry Leadership: Preferred
