Responsibilities:
- Assist with foundation, framing, and remodeling work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift
Work Location: In person (local job sites)
Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently to support carpentry, masonry, or other trades
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Help with the installation of structural components such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
- Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues or damages promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
Experience
- Prior experience working in construction or a related manual labor environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work instructions is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the capability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures relevant to construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards assisting others and maintaining a positive work environment
