Role Description This is a full-time remote Contractor role focused on window and door installation projects. The Contractor will coordinate with homeowners, retailers, and internal teams to schedule installations, confirm project requirements, and ensure materials and tools are ready for each job. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing work orders, providing accurate measurements, following installation specifications, and documenting completed work with photos and written notes. The role also involves troubleshooting on-site issues, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and communicating progress or concerns promptly. The Contractor is expected to manage time effectively, work independently, and represent Integrity First Installations in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in window and door installation, general carpentry, or related construction trades.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to interpret installation instructions, diagrams, and measurement requirements.
- Proficiency in using standard hand and power tools, along with a commitment to safe work practices.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with homeowners, retailers, and team members.
- Reliable transportation, access to a smartphone or tablet, and ability to use basic digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and install windows and doors and to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
- Previous experience as an independent contractor or familiarity with contractor billing and documentation processes is beneficial.
