We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a General Laborer at our Kalamazoo, MI facility! As a General Laborer, you will debox material to get ready for production line, prepare work areas for daily production, notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues, maintain a clean and safe work area and have regular and predictable attendance. Working hours are 6:30am - 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.

INTEGRITY FIBER REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of paper grades is a plus, but not required.
- Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
- Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates.
- The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
- Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
- The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
