- Dental implant experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient understanding and comfort.
- Collaborate closely with hygiene, specialty, and admin teams to deliver seamless multi-specialty care.
- Create or review personalized video summaries for patients with complex treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely digital records and communication.
- Foster a culture of integrity, teamwork, and constant improvement.
Requirements:
- DMD or DDS degree and valid Massachusetts dental license (or eligibility to obtain within 2 weeks).
- 2 years of clinical experience required; strong new grads considered if they meet mindset/skill criteria. Residency training is a plus.
- Proficiency (or strong interest) in digital dentistry: intraoral scanners, 3D imaging, digital charting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of Russian/Ukranian/Spanish is a plus
- Commitment to continuous learning and collaborative care.
