About Your Position
Integrity Dental is reimagining dentistry for modern patients: same-day care, advanced digital diagnostics, and multi-specialty treatment under one roof.

- Ensure smooth, high-end patient experience
- Coordinate with doctors and assistants
5. Growth & Marketing Support
- Participate in B2B outreach (building tenants, local businesses, partnerships)
- Help execute promotions and patient engagement initiatives
- Be part of growing the brand locally
Who You Are
- Confident communicator (you enjoy talking and persuading)
- Sales-oriented mindset (you like closing, not just “helping”)
- Organized and proactive (you don’t wait for instructions)
- Comfortable with fast-paced startup environment
- Able to handle objections and guide patients
Experience
- Front desk / Tx Coordinator dental experience
- Strong understanding of insurance (especially PPO / out-of-network) is a BIG plus

Why Join Us
- Work in a modern, fast-growing Downtown Boston clinic
