What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Supervisor position at Integrity Facility Solutions?
Benefits:
At Integrity Facility Solutions, our staff members are more than just a number. We view our team as part of a work family. Our employees are valued and supported as part of a family-owned and operated company built on mutual respect, communication, teamwork, and accountability. There’s a reason our team members tend to stay with us.
A few perks our staff members benefit from:
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-only position. Our supervisors are actively involved in training, quality inspections, team support, problem-solving, and helping maintain operational success across assigned accounts.
This position is primarily an evening/night role. Flexibility is important, as operational needs, projects, emergencies, walkthroughs, or account support may occasionally require schedule adjustments outside of standard hours.
Role duties
Hi, my name is Justin O'Neal. I'm the founder of Integrity Facility Solutions (IFS). (Yes, this is me writing this, not some marketing person.)
We are based in Evansville, IN. If you are looking for a work environment that is professional but not overly corporate, where people are treated with respect and appreciated for what they bring to the team, then keep reading.
We’re looking for people who are dependable, proactive, great at communication, and genuinely care about both clients and coworkers. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in solving problems for our clients while maintaining a positive team culture.
This is not just another supervisory position. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow professionally and financially while being part of a company where people actually matter.
Nobody here is just an employee number. They have a name, a family, and a real purpose within our organization.
If that sounds like the type of culture you want to be part of, we’d love to hear from you.
