We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in daily shop operations, working hands-on in production while also helping guide and support the production team. Our operation specializes in the manufacturing of custom pallets and protective wood packaging, utilizing materials such as OSB, HDF, and MDF. The ideal candidate is someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
Experience working with table saws, chop saws, and pneumatic nail guns is highly beneficial, as this position requires active involvement in the production process. Previous experience supervising or leading production workers is a strong plus, though we value the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn just as much as formal experience.
