Integrity Dental Services is seeking an accomplished Elite Dental Ceramist to work on our Aventus Elite full-arch cases at our Duluth, Georgia laboratory. This position is designed for an experienced ceramist with advanced command of layered ceramics, color, morphology, texture, and gingival characterization.
As part of the Elite Ceramics Team, you will be responsible for executing demanding aesthetic details with precision and consistency. You will collaborate across design, production, and quality control to ensure each Aventus Elite restoration follows the prescription, approved design, and established product standards.
What You’ll Do
- Complete advanced ceramic layering and characterization for Aventus Elite full-arch zirconia restorations, including layered gingiva and teeth.
- Develop natural tooth morphology, translucency, surface texture, shade transitions, and lifelike gingival aesthetics.
- Interpret prescriptions, digital designs, clinical photographs, shade information, and aesthetic objectives for complex full-arch cases.
- Apply advanced stain-and-glaze, internal and external characterization, and finishing techniques with close attention to consistency across the arch.
- Evaluate occlusion, contours, symmetry, shade, and surface finish against supplied case requirements before final quality review.
- Collaborate with CAD designers, full-arch technicians, quality-control personnel, and other ceramists to troubleshoot complex aesthetic or technical challenges.
- Identify potential concerns early, communicate them clearly, and complete precise adjustments when needed.
- Support consistent Aventus Elite standards by sharing technical knowledge and contributing to workflow and quality improvements.
- Maintain an organized workstation and follow established material-handling, equipment, safety, and production procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of professional dental ceramics experience.
- Advanced experience in ceramic layering, stain and glaze, shade development, texture, tooth morphology, and gingival characterization.
- Strong experience with complex zirconia restorations; full-arch or implant-supported prosthetic experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional hand skills, color perception, visual judgment, and attention to fine aesthetic detail.
- Ability to interpret prescriptions, digital designs, photographs, shade information, and detailed technical instructions.
- Ability to maintain elite aesthetic standards while meeting established production schedules.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, accountable approach to resolving complex cases.
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) or Master Dental Technician (MDT) credential is preferred.
- Familiarity with advanced digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM production is a plus.

Salary : $39,829 - $59,014
