Now Hiring: Experienced Roofer / Siding Installer
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair roofing systems, including shingles, metal panels, and waterproofing on residential and commercial builds.
- Apply siding materials (e.g., vinyl, fiber cement, metal) with precision for weather-resistant finishes.
- Inspect job sites for safety and quality, ensuring compliance with local building codes.
- Collaborate with framers and iron workers to complete exterior envelopes efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding installation.
- Proficiency with tools like nail guns, ladders, and scaffolding; OSHA safety certification preferred.
- Physical ability to work at heights, lift 50 lbs., and perform in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally if needed.
Experienced Framer
Key Responsibilities:
- Frame structures using wood, steel, or engineered materials for barndos, homes, and commercial spaces.
- Read blueprints and ensure accurate measurements, alignments, and load-bearing setups.
- Install sheathing, headers, and bracing while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup to maintain project timelines.
Requirements:
- 3 years of framing experience in residential or light commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques and building codes; ability to interpret plans.
- Comfortable using power tools, saws, and levels; team player with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended hours on-site.
Experienced Iron Worker
Key Responsibilities:
