Role Description: The Senior Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role, based in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for managing and developing key client relationships as well as overseeing restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This role includes coordinating with insurance adjusters, property owners, partner associates and internal teams to ensure clear communication, accurate estimates, timely service delivery, and high-quality restoration outcomes. The Senior Account Manager will handle account activities such as scheduling and attending site visits.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in account development and management, client relationship management within the restoration, insurance, and related service industries. Knowledge of restoration processes and familiarity with personal property damage assessment and best practices. Strong relationship building skills. Effective communication and listening. Proficiency with common office and job management software (e.g., CRM ); willingness to learn industry-specific platforms. Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, and outlying cities, including visiting job locations, conducting walk-throughs, and overseeing field operations as needed. Proven leadership abilities. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance in all aspects of work. Relevant experience in restoration, insurance claims, property or similar fields.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
