Position Summary
Integrity Clinical Research is seeking a reliable and organized Business Development Assistant to support the business development team with administrative and coordination tasks related to sponsor and CRO outreach and study opportunities. This is an entry-level, part-time position ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in a professional healthcare and research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with outreach to Sponsors and CROs regarding clinical trial opportunities
- Maintain and update tracking logs for leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and calls with external partners
- Assist with preparation of feasibility documents as needed
- Track incoming study opportunities and site selection requests
- Gather and organize internal site information for business development use
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the business development team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Fluency in English required (must be fluent in both spoken and written English)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow instructions
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, Word, Excel)
