Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Kaukauna, WI | On-site
Employment Type: Full-Time 5:45am – 4:30PM Monday – Thursday (must be flexible)
About the Role
Integrity Cheese Packaging of Wisconsin is looking for a detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated Production Coordinator to join our team at our cheese converting facility. In this role, you will support daily production operations including cutting, packaging, labeling, and the distribution of cheese products. You’ll act as a key liaison between departments to ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. You will also provide occasional production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and execute daily and weekly production schedules for cheese cutting, packaging, and distribution.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet demand and efficiency goals.
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to align resources and priorities.
- Inventory & Materials Management
- Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods.
- Track and report material usage and waste; support efforts to reduce loss and improve yields.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Create and maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements through proper documentation and traceability.
- Create bills of lading for customers.
- Create and verify case labels for daily production.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas of operational inefficiency and support implementation of process improvements.
- Assist with process enhancement initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Health, Safety & Quality
- Support the enforcement of health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and consistency. 
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in food science, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a food production or dairy environment; experience in cheese processing is a plus. Forklift certification (training and certification done in house).

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Access)
