Licensed Vocational Nurses needed for Full/Part-Time positions for new 18 bed Congregate Living Health Facility located in Manteca .
Congregate Living Health Facilities operate as a residential Sub-Acute facility under Title 22 regulations. Integrity Care Group is Licensed by DHS for A and C services with 18 bed facility operated by an experienced administration. We are looking to hire experienced nurses but would be willing to train the right canidate.
Basic Job Descritpion:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) operates as the Charge nurse for 12 hour shifts. The LVN oversees the CNA and contracted disciplinaries during their shift to provide optimal care per the Plan of Care implemented by the MD and RN.
Basic Duties:
> Medication Administration
>Wound Care (Certification Desired)
>Ventilator Management and Care ( Certification Desired)
>Skilled Nursing Care ( order transcription, documentation, ADL's, Quality of Life care, etc.)
> Coordinates with Director of Operations and RN to provide high level of continuity of Care.
