JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary /Objective
Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions such as invoices, payroll, filing, record keeping and general clerical duties. Assists with budgeting and costing projects as well as other accounting related assignments.

Essential Functions

- Match purchase orders with stock receipts and processes payments to vendors to assure all payments are made in a timely manner. Ensure all cash discounts are taken where appropriate.
- Coordinate the invoicing of customers and sending billing statements with the Customer Service Department. Process incoming customer payments to appropriate accounts.
- Compute employee work hours, updates daily labor records, coordinates payroll with outside payroll service.
- Responsible for ensuring each payroll is processed according to Integrity Fab & Machine, Inc. policies. Will maintain all employee deductions and records.
- Respond to rapidly incoming telephone, fax and electronic communications while maintaining a service oriented and helpful demeanor to vendors, customers, co-workers and Customer Service/Inside Sales and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Prepare Journal Entries and all other relevant accounting transactions.
- Expedite the prompt resolution of employee, vendor and customer problems, questions, concerns, and discrepancies. Notifies the appropriate Integrity Fab & Machine, Inc. personnel of situation that are beyond the scope of responsibility level.
- Communicates with and provides support to outside Professional Services firms.
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
- Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work are typically between Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position requires a minimum amount of travel, mainly between businesses.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Two years’ (2) experience in accounting-related position.
- Overall computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Sage Accounting proficiency
- Global Shop ERP System proficiency
- Experience in manufacturing industry
