Role Description
The Residential Salesperson conducts in-home sales consultations with customers, measuring windows and discussing product options. This position communicates regularly with the installation team to ensure that products are installed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers
- Taking measurements onsite
- Creating quotes
- Communicating with the customer

- Committing to ongoing professional development and education in product knowledge
Key Requirements
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Confident with computers and receptive to learning new software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The success of the Residential Salesperson will be indicated by factors such as the following:

Position Details
- Pay: Commission
- Hours: 9-5 (with some required meetings starting at 7am)
