What You’ll Do
As a Service Advisor at Integrity Automotive, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians, ensuring clear communication and a smooth service process every step of the way.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
- Write accurate repair orders and detailed service estimates
- Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and honestly
- Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and timelines
- Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage parts orders, scheduling, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a customer-focused professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop experience preferred)
- Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Computer proficiency (experience with shop management software a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to customer care
