Deliver high_quality, evidence-based care that aligns with state regulations. Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for cardiac patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient condition during each shift
- Administer medications and monitor responses
- Ensure timely documentation in the EMR
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications and follow-up care
- Serve as an advocate for patients and ensure a safe, healing environment
- Translate complex medical terms to ensure patient and caregiver udnerstanding
- 1 year of recent acute care RN experience
- Registered Nurse License in the state of FL or compact
- Associate Degree Required
- BLS and ACLS
Salary : $29 - $43
