About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent to represent resale homes in the highly desirable North Copper Canyon Community in Surprise, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to take on an established resale home community with strong brand visibility and ongoing marketing support.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent and market resale homes within the specific communities
- Conduct showings, open houses, and client consultations
- Manage listings, negotiations, and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail
- Provide outstanding customer service to both buyers and sellers
- Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent community presence and brand alignment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Arizona Real Estate License
- Knowledge of the West Valley real estate market (Surprise area preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Self-motivated and community-oriented
- Willingness to complete a DISC assessment as part of the selection process
