✅✅✅What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing HVAC systems over 15 years old and presenting new system solutions to clients. You'll be on-site working directly with customers to provide expert advice, diagnose issues, and close sales with a focus on long-term solutions.

✅Your day-to-day includes:

• Diagnosing HVAC systems over 15 years old and providing recommendations for replacement
• Presenting new system options to clients, showcasing solutions that fit their needs
• Working closely with our installation team to ensure smooth project execution
• Closing sales and providing exceptional customer service
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a daily basis
• Documenting work and sales in our digital system

• Base Salary Performance Bonuses – You’ll have the potential to earn upwards of $150,000 per year depending on performance
• 3%-5% of turnover/15%repair commission structure
