Hourly Rate
$20.00 - 24.30 per hour based on experience
Must have the ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Collecting resident information and dietary data for the Registered Dietitian review.
- Obtaining resident food preferences and providing feedback to the care team.
- Printing and organizing meal tickets in a timely manner prior to meal service.
- Supporting menu planning, conducting meal rounds, and ensuring compliance with dietary standards.
- Participating in facility audits, sanitation checks, and assisting with quality control processes as needed.
- Maintaining Nourishment Kitchens.
- Coordinate the dining experience including set-up, service and clean-up.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Computer experience including Microsoft Office, Office 365, EMR.
- One year of food service experience in skilled long-term care facility or hospital healthcare setting.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with individuals of all backgrounds.
- Communication: Effective written, spoken, and non-verbal communication.
- Customer Service: Service-oriented mentality with a focus on exceeding expectations.
