Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage process for mandated in-services
- Coordinates orientation for all new hire employees
- Acts as a resource person for all staff regarding educational needs/ requirements
- Handles Stepping Stone program and other educational initiatives
- Performs other duties as needed or as assigned by the administrator
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Five (5) years Long Term care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
