Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys connecting physicians and advanced practice providers with meaningful career opportunities? Integritas Providers is seeking a Provider Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for physicians and APPs who support hospitals and healthcare facilities across our growing healthcare staffing network.

As a Provider Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping hospitals meet their staffing needs by attracting, engaging, and placing high-quality medical providers. This position offers the opportunity to influence healthcare delivery by building strong provider relationships and supporting the recruitment needs of our healthcare clients.

Job Title: Provider Recruiter

Location: Remote, with in-person travel requirements.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed to engage providers outside traditional business hours.

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually and placement incentive program.

Compensation is based on education, work experience, and other relevant qualifications. Bonus incentive opportunities available.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers supporting healthcare staffing programs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with provider staffing needs and organizational growth objectives.
• Partner with operations leaders, medical directors, and business teams to identify and fill provider staffing vacancies across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with physician and APP candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and professional associations.
• Conduct interviews, screening calls, and candidate assessments.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
• Create recruitment marketing materials, job advertisements, email campaigns, and social media outreach efforts.
• Coordinate provider site visits, interviews, credentialing-related communication, and onboarding support activities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership.
• Represent Integritas at recruitment events, conferences, residency fairs, and industry networking opportunities.
• Stay informed on healthcare recruiting trends, provider workforce challenges, and industry best practices.
• Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of full-cycle physician recruitment experience, preferably within a healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (medical or business field preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, competing priorities, and fast-paced recruitment demands.
• Experience engaging physician and advanced practice provider candidates through proactive outreach.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, job boards, and social media recruiting tools.
• Positive attitude, persistence, professionalism, and adaptability.
