Supervises and directs the daily activities on the nursing unit. Oversees the coordination of care, in collaboration with other health care professionals. Conducts quality, safety, experience and leader rounding. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, supply management, as well as advancements of ILOS. Acts as a mentor to new grad RNs, provides just-in-time education, and clinical program evidence-based practice deployment and advancement. May be required to participate in on call status.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION:•Associate's degree in nursing
- LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:•RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state•BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
