The ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for the functional business configuration and updates to the assigned ERP module including any bolt-on applications. Responsible for functional troubleshooting and updating ERP modules and related applications. The ERP Functional Analyst will collaborate with the INTEGRIS Health ITS Department, end-users, and stakeholders, as well as contracted 3rd party ERP application vendors. * INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
Five years of experience working in an Oracle ERP functional support role
- 1 or more years of experience working with the Oracle Cloud
- Experience creating Oracle Cloud OTBI reports
- Working knowledge of key business processes and standard work.
- Strong customer service skills

- Availability to work after-hours as needed.
Additional Preferred Experience:
Act as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for the full suite of Oracle Cloud HCM modules , including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Learning.
Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with best practices.
Perform system configurations, setups, and maintenance across HCM modules to support business process changes, organizational restructuring, and ongoing enhancements.
Lead and support full-cycle HCM implementations and upgrades, including system design, functional documentation, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployment.
Develop and manage HCM Extracts, OTBI , and BI Publisher reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and audit requirements.
Utilize Fast Formulas to customize calculations for payroll, benefits, absence, and eligibility rules, ensuring compliance with business logic and statutory regulations.
Support mass data updates and conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader , ensuring data accuracy and proper validation across HCM objects.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, collaborating with Oracle Support, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
Provide day-to-day support for HCM users, including incident management, user access, workflow troubleshooting, and data corrections.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize system usage, streamline business processes, and enhance the employee experience.
Create and maintain functional documentation, training materials, SOPs, and user guides; conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and HR teams.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud system design and usage.
