Now Hiring: 2 Master’s level licensed Addiction Therapist/Counselor or dual diagnosis therapist (Outpatient) for our Lebanon, Indiana or Crawfordsville Indiana

You’ll join a team embedded in the community, providing services in:
- Boone County schools
- Witham Pediatrics
- Witham Pain Management
- Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown
- Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville
- Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center
- Boone County Jail
- And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and crisis evaluations
- Provide individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting
- Perform case management
- Educate clients and their support networks on addiction issues and available services/programs
- Providing clients &/or their support network with information about addiction issues & additional services/programs
- Deliver holistic, whole-person approaches to recovery
- Collaborate closely with families, probation officers, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders
- Submit billing and required paperwork in a timely manner
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field
- Must be license-eligible with a temporary permit OR hold one of the following Indiana licenses: LAC, LCAC, LMHC, LCSW, CADAC II with experience in social work and/or mental health care for addictions and SUD.
