We are currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a boutique integrative wellness clinic in Wicker Park.
Position Overview:
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and organized experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and provide information about our wellness services.
Appointment Management:
Coordinate and manage client appointments efficiently, utilizing the scheduling system.
Confirm and remind clients of upcoming appointments, and handle rescheduling when necessary.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
Payment Processing:
Process payments for services, verify insurance information, and provide receipts as needed.
Assist in resolving any billing-related inquiries or issues.
Collaboration with Wellness Team:
Communicate effectively with wellness practitioners to ensure seamless client experiences.
Coordinate the flow of information between clients and practitioners.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using basic computer software and office equipment.
Knowledge or interest in wellness practices is a plus.
