Glass Fabrication Production Associate

Picture your morning: you clock in at 7:00 AM, join a tight-knit production crew, and help guide large panes of glass safely through each stage of the process. By mid-morning, you’ve staged materials, verified measurements, and ensured every piece meets strict quality standards. The day moves quickly—trucks to load, products to package, tools to check—then you wrap up at 5:00 PM, with overtime available when customer demand is high.

Role Basics

• Employer: Integrative Staffing Group (ISG), hiring for a well-established manufacturer
• Location: Butler, PA
• Type: Temp-to-Hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime Included)
• Pay: $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload delivery trucks with care and efficiency.
• Move large glass panes throughout the facility while following safety best practices.
• Package glass products with protective materials to prepare for shipment.
• Stage materials and place glass onto cutting tables for processing.
• Visually inspect glass for defects and confirm products meet quality standards.
• Use a tape measure and basic hand tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Keep your work area clean and follow all plant safety procedures.
• Pitch in across production to help the team hit customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Confident reading a tape measure accurately.
• Lift 45 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs on occasion.
• Comfort working around glass and in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
