Job Description
Position: Maintenance Foreman
Location: Columbiana, OH
Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 yearly
Type: Direct Placement
Hours: M to F, 6 am to 2 pm, but needs availability for call in’s for 3rd turn.

Maintenance Foreman
This is a unique opportunity for an industrial mechanic who possesses the skills, drive, and ability to learn, the chance to advance their career while learning to maintain all the production equipment at the foundry. This is a 1st turn position with occasional overtime and 3rd turn call-ins.
Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Ability to diagnose and repair 3-phase 480V equipment.
- Operate and maintain fork trucks, manlifts, articulated loader, and trucks
- Familiarity with PLCs, motor controls, hydraulic cylinders, sensors, and limit switches
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Follow lock out / tag out procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Ability to climb a ladder, work at heights, and service overhead cranes
- Communicate effectively with Plant Superintendent
- Ability to lead and direct others on the maintenance staff
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ maintenance in the manufacturing industry
