Laborer/Material Handler

POSITION:  Production Laborer-Night Shift

LOCATION:  Lisbon, OH

PAY:   Night Shift: $15/hr

Bonuses: Attendance bonus performance bonus opportunities

SCHEDULE: 12‐hour shifts | 2 days on / 2 days off / Some Weekends

HOURS: 7 pm- 7 am ($15)

TYPE: Temp to Hire

Job Duties

•             Assist in producing plastic materials

•             Manage material quality

•             Communicate with crew and supervisors

•             Support team members and help resolve on‐the‐job challenges

•             Follow directions and maintain timeliness

•             Work various shifts, including weekends as needed

Qualifications

•             Strong work ethic and reliability

•             Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‐paced environment

•             Teamwork skills; manufacturing experience a plus

•             Forklift experience is a plus

•             Open to candidates without a high school diploma/GED
