Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physical Therapist, based in Dallas, TX. The therapist will assess and treat children with developmental, physical, and functional challenges. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, implementing therapeutic strategies tailored to pediatric needs, and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team to drive developmental progress. The role requires a focus on delivering effective rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on care and patient well-being.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques applicable to pediatric populations
- Experience and expertise in Pediatric Physical Therapy
- Knowledge of Pediatrics and developmental processes
- Skills in Rehabilitation, particularly tailored to children's health concerns
- Licensure or eligibility for Physical Therapy practice in Texas
- Compassionate approach and ability to build strong connections with children and their families
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary work
- Experience with sensory integration therapy (preferred but not required)
