Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Neurotherapy and Clinic Assistant to support our neurotherapy program and clinic operations. This position is ideal for graduate students or recent graduates in psychology, neuroscience, social work, or other mental-health–related fields who want to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct neurotherapy sessions, including neuromodulation, qEEG brain mapping, and related treatments (training provided).
Support clinic operations through administrative tasks, scheduling, supplement ordering, and maintaining patient records.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Help develop training materials and documentation for clinical use.
Qualifications
Highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in integrative and neuroscience-based approaches to mental health.
Preference for candidates interested in a long-term commitment, given the depth of neurotherapy training provided.

Schedule

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Candidates with a graduate degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, neuroscience), prior neurofeedback/EEG experience, or BCIA certification may be offered compensation at the higher end of the range.
