This is for a 1099 Contractor Position, it can either be PRN or Full Time levels. You get to choose your visits, schedule, caseload level and where you want to work. Choose when you want off as often as you want. This position has extreme flexibility for those needing flexible schedules.
No case conferences, no weekends required, no required levels of hours to maintain employment. No long trainings. Just submit your HR files and we get the ball rolling! Easiest onboarding of any agency that you have ever worked for. We are a fully therapist ran company. Jamie Grede is the owner, he is an Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience in Home Health. His two other administrators is a PT and an OT who each have over 30 years of Home Health experience. Together we manage you out in the field so you dont have to worry about any administrative responsibilities. Only worry about your patient care and timely documentation. We have cut out all the other fluff so you can be a true therapist again

Job Responsibilities:
This is a home health position for an Physical Therapist (PT). The PT is responsible for following the Plan of Care and implementing interventions based on the POC and goals. PT will be responsible for maintaining contact with the supervisors, while coordinating care between patient and POC. The therapist will manage their own schedule and drive to patients throughout the day. This job is very autonomous, perfect for those who don’t enjoy being kept working in a facility all day.
We are currently looking for a HOME HEALTH PT comfortable working with GERIATRIC patients.
Locations served: Multiple Locations s available. Manatee County, Sarasota County, Pinellas County, Charlotte County, Lee County, Collier County, Polk County, Pasco County, Hillsborough County.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Current Florida State License as a Physical Therapist
- Current Florida Driver’s License, registration, and auto insurance.
- Current CPR, physical and Preferred
- Good organizational and communication skills.
