Job Responsibilities:
This is a home health position for an Occupational Therapist (OTR). The OTR is responsible for following the Plan of Care and implementing interventions based on the POC and goals. OTR will be responsible for maintaining contact with the supervisers whilewhile coordin care between patient and POC. The therapist will manage their own schedule and drive to patients throughout the day. This job is very autonomous, perfect for those who don’t enjoy being kept working in a facility all day.
We are currently looking for a HOME HEALTH OTR comfortable working with GERIATRIC patients.
Locations served: Multiple locations in Florida.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current Florida State License as an Occupational Therapist
- Current Florida Driver’s License, registration, and auto insurance.
- Current CPR, physical and PPD
- Preferred experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in home health.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
