Service Delivery Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Role:
Act as the central coordinator (“hub”) managing multiple service delivery workstreams across locations. Responsible for intake, scheduling, coordination, and execution support—similar to a Service Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests, work orders, and scheduling
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure timely, accurate service delivery

Microsoft Office, Genesys (preferred), Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics
