One of our clients is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager position. This is an onsite role across multiple locations: Carrollton, TX 75006 / Andover, MA 01810 / Franklin, TN 37067 / Westmont, IL 60559 / Morrisville, NC 27560.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in service delivery and project management
• Expertise in stakeholder and vendor/subcontractor management
• Strong process management and operational excellence skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dynamically prioritize
• Experience with work order management systems (Salesforce / Dynamics)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; Tableau knowledge is a plus
Preferred
• Experience with Tableau
• Experience working in multi-location project environments
What the Candidate Will Do
• Manage end-to-end service delivery and project coordination
• Handle customer request intake, scheduling, and work order lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously across locations
• Anticipate risks, reprioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery
• Support material procurement and service planning
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and customers
• Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery
Salary : $30 - $40
