Looking for an experienced Sr. Product Design Lead with strong expertise in Design Thinking, user-centric design, and SAFe Agile delivery. This role focuses on transforming complex business workflows into intuitive digital experiences that support content sales and planning teams.

⭐ What You'll Do:

• Lead UX/UI for web-based applications using Design Thinking

• Create prototypes, user flows, and intuitive interfaces

• Partner with researchers on interviews, workshops & usability testing

• Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and business teams

• Drive consistency using design systems and accessibility standards

⭐ Must Have:

• 10 years in UX/UI and Design Thinking

• Experience in product-oriented, matrixed Agile teams

• Strong coaching & mentoring skills

⭐ Nice to Have:

• Design Thinking certification

• Enterprise product design experience

• Media & Entertainment background
