Manager of Customer Success Architect

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Based)

Contract Duration: 12 months of contract


We are seeking a Manager of Customer Success with strong expertise in Customer Experience, Loyalty, Marketing Technology, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). This role will focus on designing and integrating enterprise customer platforms that support personalized customer engagement, loyalty initiatives, and data-driven marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, customer data integration, API-driven ecosystems, and cloud-based solutions. This position requires deep understanding of how customer behavior, customer history, and personalization strategies are leveraged across digital platforms.

This is a highly collaborative role working closely with business, marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable and modern customer-centric solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable enterprise solutions focused on customer experience and loyalty platforms
  • Lead architecture discussions around Customer Data Platforms (CDP), personalization, and customer engagement solutions
  • Develop integration strategies across customer, marketing, and enterprise systems
  • Design API-first and event-driven architectures to support customer data flow and personalization initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution roadmaps and future-state architecture
  • Support customer profile unification, customer history management, and behavioral data integration
  • Work closely with data and engineering teams on integration and data architecture initiatives
  • Provide technical leadership for cloud-based and microservices architectures
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and solution governance


Required Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Application Architecture
  • Strong experience with Customer Experience (CX), Loyalty, and Marketing Technology ecosystems
  • Hands-on knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Strong understanding of customer personalization and customer journey solutions
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations and API-based architectures
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
  • Experience with data architecture, data modeling, and customer data integration
  • Strong cloud architecture knowledge, preferably AWS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, hospitality, airline, or travel industries
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Familiarity with GraphQL
  • Exposure to mobile architecture or Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns
  • Experience with customer analytics and behavioral data platforms
