Hiring: Client Support Agent
Irving, TX (On-site)
4-Month Contract-to-Hire
$22.50/hr (W2, no benefits/PTO)
Mon–Fri | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re looking for candidates with 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in call center or mortgage/fintech environments, who can handle high-volume calls and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
Required:
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Experience with credit reports / lending systems preferred.
- Comfortable working fully in-office
- Experience in high-volume call center environments (45–50 calls/day)
- Ability to multitask and navigate 5–6 systems simultaneously
