Role: Cloud Playout Systems Engineer
Contract: 1-Year (Possible Extension/Conversion)
What the Team Does
They ensure cloud on-prem broadcast playout systems stay on-air and fault-free across all global channels. Work is a blend of AWS Cloud, networking, broadcast automation, and systems troubleshooting.
Core Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cloud infrastructure (AWS) for playout services.
- Troubleshoot multi-channel broadcast playout systems & media workflows.
- Work with IP networking: TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, VLANs, multicast.
- Configure, monitor & support signal routing systems for audio/video.
- Use NMS, SNMP, MIBs, OIDs for system monitoring.
- Support Windows/Linux servers, hardware and applications.
- Create SOPs, documentation, and technical reference diagrams.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on configuration and support.
- Track issues using ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
Must Have
- Basic networking (IP configs, traceroute, TCP/IP fundamentals)
- Basic cloud (AWS preferred)
- Remote troubleshooting (SSH, Telnet, RDP)
Nice to Have
- Intermediate networking, firewalls, SAN, routers, AD, load balancers
- MPEG-4, MPEG TS analyzers, video/audio routing experience
- IT certifications: CCNA, A , Network , AWS, VMware
- Broadcast automation & signal measurement equipment

Salary : $40 - $45
