What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Analyst/Engineer position at Integration Innovation, Inc.?
The Test Analyst/Engineer will focus on end-to-end testing of new and emerging technologies for the U.S. Army Portfolio Acquisition Executive - Fires, Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD/USG). This is an onsite position in Huntsville, AL on Redstone Arsenal.

- Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports

- Develop mitigation strategies for identified issues and following up to ensure problems are resolved

- Participate in integrated product teams to formulate, establish, and coordinate customer requirements
- Develop and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders across all project phases
- 25% Travel may be expected for this role
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related discipline
- At least 10 years of applicable experience
- Must currently hold and be able to maintain an active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance with current investigation.
- Creative, strong problem-solving skills, and able to perform well under stressful situations
- Experience in testing and evaluation (T&E) of U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense Systems
- In depth knowledge of U.S. Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) System capability and requirements process
- In depth knowledge of Army test planning, processes, and execution
- In depth knowledge of Integrated Battle Command Station architecture and interoperability
- Self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams)
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.

- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m. - 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
