What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Engineer position at Integration Innovation, Inc.?
Develop new and existing technologies and software solutions using front-end and/or back-end skillsets. Provide technical guidance in collaboration with software developers and customer throughout the product’s development.

- Develop web-based applications that will serve content to thousands of users across the Department of Defense (DoD) using the Palantir platform.
- Develop software designs using best practices and object-oriented methodologies. Software will be developed using an agile-scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team including designers, architects, and systems engineers.
- Perform mid-level development, test, analysis, and validation of software.
- Collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices ensuring a high-quality standard.
- Familiar with good configuration management practices and will be responsible for proper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
- 2-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and associated tools.
- Experience developing software in C#.
- Experience debugging code.
- Experience with Agile development.
- Experience in Palantir development, certification desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication skills to interface with government and contractors to represent technical and programmatic positions.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver feedback clearly and tactfully.

- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m. - 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
