i3 is seeking a Dedicated DoD365 Specialist. The Dedicated DoD365 Specialist will serve as the organization’s dedicated specialist for all DoD365 applications.

- Serves as the organization’s dedicated specialist for all DoD365 applications (i.e. SharePoint Online, Teams, SharePoint Classified environment, MS Office products, etc.).
- Provide technical support, and resolve complex issues related to DoD365 services.
- Document requirements, design, and develop solutions within the DoD365 environment.
- Manage permissions within SharePoint Online and MS Teams.
- Automate business processes using the DoD365 services upon request (Power Platform).
- Participate in customer status briefings, working level meetings, and other information gathering/dissemination forums as necessary.
- Develop and implement robust PowerBI reporting and analytics solutions using authoritative data sources.
- BD and 0-10 years of relevant experience preferred
- DoD 8570.01-M/8140 Compliant
- SharePoint Online experience required
- SharePoint migration experience required
- .NET, C#, and SQL experience a plus
- Hands-on experience of application development using API, Web Services, Workflows (SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio), Web Parts, and InfoPath heavily desired
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and in a team environment
- Security Clearance Secret level required up to Top Secret
- Live within 75-mile radius of Colorado Springs

- Regular i3 hours are 800 a.m. - 500 p.m. Monday-Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
